During the Maintenance Period:

(A)  BEAM Practitioner Renewal Fee Payment (this section may be ignored if you have already paid the fee in 

January 2025)

 

Please note that the BEAM Pro / BEAM Affiliate Individual Accounts are temporarily closed for upgrade of network security.  To renew your qualification for 2025, please settle the payment using one of these methods:

 

(i) Bank Transfer / Deposit

Transfer / deposit the 2025 Qualification Renewal Fee to the bank account of the 

“Hong Kong Green Building Council Limited” at HSBC 808-768949-292. In the message to the transferee / bank-in slip, please write the Qualification ID number (e.g., BPXXXX-XXXX for BEAM Professional and BAXXX-XXXX for BEAM Affiliate).  After the payment, please send an email to us at practitioner@hkgbc.org.hk. The Qualification ID number and transfer evidence (e.g. screen cap of transfer successfully done) / image of the bank-in slip should be included in the email.

 

(ii) By Cheque

Please make the payment by crossed cheque payable to “Hong Kong Green Building Council Limited” and write the Qualification ID number (e.g., BPXXXX-XXXX for BEAM Professional and BAXXX-XXXX for BEAM Affiliate) on the back of the cheque.

(B)  BEAM Practitioner CPD Log Book

Since the BEAM Pro / BEAM Affiliate Accounts are temporarily closed, you are advised to keep a record of your CPD activities using off-line means.  When the Account system is re-opened in future, you can transfer the record back to the on-line system.

(C)  BEAM Practitioner Profile Update

Since the BEAM Pro / BEAM Affiliate Accounts are temporarily closed, if you need to update your personal profile (e.g. company name, contact means), please send your request to practitioner@hkgbc.org.hk quoting your full name, contact phone number and Qualification ID number (e.g., BPXXXX-XXXX for BEAM Professional and BAXXX-XXXX for BEAM Affiliate).

 

 

(D)  On-line Training Portal

The On-line Training Portal is temporarily closed for upgrade of network security.  This will take time and we advise users to join our live webinars or other training events if they wish to receive CPD training. We will inform users once the Portal is ready for use again.
